Tnreginet Registration Procedure

Here are the steps you need to follow to register yourself on the portal:

• Open the official web portal of Tnreginet
• From home page go to the registration option and drop-down list will appear on the screen

• Click on “User Registration” option and a new page appears from where you have to read the note and password hint
• Now you have to select User type, user name, password, security question, email, date of birth, gender, mobile number, select type of ID proof, enter the number of ID Proof and Address

• Enter the code appears on the screen and OTP you received via Email or Mobile number
• Click “Complete Registration” option to submit the application form

Procedure to Apply Encumbrance Certificate

• Open the official web portal of Tnreginet
• Register with the site if not already registered
• Log in with your username, password and code
• Click Sign-in option and go to the “Encumbrance Certificate” option

• Click “Apply Online” option given next
• Application form appears on the screen
• Fill the application form and upload the necessary docs (if any)
• Submit the form by click submit option and remember to take print out at last

How to find Encumbrance Certificate

• First of all, visit the official website of tnreginet.gov.in portal.
• After that, the option of View EC will appear in the option of Encumbrance Certificate in the option of E-services, click on it.

• On the next page, a form will open in front of you. Enter all the information sought in this form and click on the search.
• After clicking, the details will appear in front of you.
