As the Republic Day approaches, preparations for the grand Lalbagh Flower Show in Bengaluru are in full swing. With the event set to kick off on January 16, 2025, the Lalbagh Botanical Garden is bustling with activity as horticulturists and designers work tirelessly to create stunning floral displays. This year’s theme, honoring the Ramayan and Valmiki’s Legacy, is expected to captivate visitors with its intricate floral designs and vibrant arrangements.
The Lalbagh Flower Show, a much-anticipated event in Bengaluru, is set to commence on January 16, 2025. Known for its vibrant displays and cultural significance, the flower show has been a cherished tradition since 1951, coinciding with important national celebrations like Republic Day and Independence Day.
Lalbagh Flower Show Ticket
The Lalbagh Flower Show takes place in the Glass House inside the Lalbagh Botanical Garden in Bangalore, India. The Glass House is an important building in the middle of the garden.This is the main place where many colorful flowers are displayed during flower shows.The Glass House is located at a convenient location within the garden, so visitors can easily reach it from any entrance of Lalbagh.
Visitors from across the country gathered at Lalbagh Botanical Garden on Thursday as the 217th edition of the Republic Day flower show was inaugurated by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. The show, organised by the Horticulture Department, is themed ‘Adikavi Maharshi Valmiki’ and features various floral models and artefacts related to the life and works of Valmiki.

Ticket Prices for the Flower Show
Visitors must purchase tickets to enter after 9 AM. Morning walkers can enter for free before this time.
– Adults (Weekdays): ₹80
– Adults (Weekends): ₹100
– Children: ₹30
– School Children (in uniform): Free
Lalbagh Flower show online ticket booking or scan QR code
Horticulture department has priced flower show tickets at Rs 80 (weekdays) and Rs 100 (weekends) for adults. Children under the age of 12 years will be charged Rs 30 on all days. However, students up to class 10 and dressed in their school uniforms will be allowed free on all days.
To preventing prolonged queues at the venue for tickets, the department has launched online ticket booking on https://hasiru.karnataka.gov.in/flowershow/login.aspx and citizens can also scan QR code at the venue to buy tickets and gain access directly.
