dak karmayogi.gov.in login|www.dakkarmayogi.gov.in|www.karmayogi.gov.in sign up:Dak Karmayogi’, an e-learning portal of the Department of Posts was launched by Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Communications, Railways, Electronics & IT, and Shri Devusinh Chauhan, Minister of State for Communications, at a function held at Stein Auditorium, Indian Habitat Centre.Union Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw and MoS Shri Devusinh Chauhan launched an e-Learning platform of the Indian Post, Dak Karmayogi. This platform is initiated by the Prime Minister of India, and developed under the vision of mission Karmayogi in which many employees of the Indian Post can register themself to transform their efficiency of bureaucracy with minimum Govt & max governance.
This portal has been developed ‘In-House’ under vision of ‘Mission Karmayogi’, which was conceptualized by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi with a view to bring efficiency in actions of all the employees of Government of India and transforming efficiency of bureaucracy with ‘Minimum Government’ and ‘Maximum Governance’.

To take the benefit of this e-Learning portal, you have to register yourself on the official website of the Dak Karmayogi made by the Indian Post. Firstly you have to visit the official portal and do the signup process which is one time registration process on this portal. Then a portal will open where you have to fill in some details and click on submit, and your password will be received on your phone/email which shows your registration is completed.
Dak Karmayogi’ portal will enhance the competencies of about 4 lakh Gramin Dak Sevaks & Departmental employees by enabling the trainees to access the uniform standardized training content online or in blended campus mode to enable them to effectively deliver a number of G2C services for enhanced customer satisfaction. On successful completion of final summative assessment, a system generated course completion certificate will be sent on trainee’s registered email ID automatically. Trainees can give their feedback, ratings and suggestions for each and every video and other learning content so that necessary enrichment can be ensured.

Department of Posts has been imparting training to its employees through its network of 10 Postal Training Centres/Regional Training Centre and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy (RAKNPA), a Central Training Institute. However, with the launch of this portal, Departmental employees and Gramin Dak Sevaks will be able to avail training ‘Any-time, Any-where’ and upgrade their Attitude, Skill and Knowledge (ASK), as per their convenience. The portal is expected to go a long way in being an enabler in providing better services by upgrading employees and Gramin Dak Sevaks.
To recognise the good performance of employees of Department of Posts and motivate them to maintain or improve their good work, Meghdoot Awards were also conferred in eight different categories by Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, Communications and Electronics & Information Technology and Shri Devusinh Chauhan, Minister of State for Communications during the event.

After doing the registration process you can do the Dak Karmayogi Portal Login as you will get the ID and Password from the registration process only. On the home screen, you can see the sign-in button on the top menu which you have to click which will open a pop-up window where it will ask you to enter several details.
The details which you have to enter there are Employee ID, Password, the local IP address for video streaming (For those who select onsite training), and a captcha code. With this, you have to validate your captcha and select the type of training that you want from the two options and then click on sign in which will complete your Dak Karmayogi Portal Login.
After you have done the signup and sign-in process you have to do first-time login which will ask you to change your password. While completing the registration process a message/email arrives which have a default password that is required to change.
So, while doing first-time login it will ask you to change the default password, the login link is given below in this article which you have to click, and it will take you to the login page where you have to enter your employee id and password. Then on the next screen, you have to change your password, and then you have to log in using your new password again.

Firstly, the applicant should be a permanent citizen of India.
