3rd Step: After slipping on the “E-pass snag for COVID-19 disaster” link, the new registration form will be opened on the screen. Applicants should start to fill the details such as applicants names, District, Village, Zilla, Mobile number, date of birth, age, gender, the purpose of visit, vehicle number, From date To date and etc.
4th Step: Next, applicants need to click on the Preview option and see the details either correct or not. After being satisfied applicants must click on the Attach document.
